Alex Arellano
Director of Tax and Financial Planning
Alex Arellano serves as the Director of Tax and Financial Planning at Lakeshore Capital Group,
where he helps clients integrate sophisticated tax strategies with comprehensive wealth
management.
An IRS Enrolled Agent, Alex is authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue
Service. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designation and is
an Investment Advisor Representative.
A graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, Alex
brings extensive experience as an Investment Analyst, Trader, and Portfolio Manager, having
worked with both wealth management firms and institutional asset managers.
Alex recently relocated to Chicago from Austin, Texas, and when not working with clients he
enjoys cycling, kayaking and exploring Chicago with his partner, Natalie.
